The flat is complete with parquet floor throughout and all the necessary amenities included. The living / dining room is spacious and full of natural light thanks to French windows that open up onto one of the main features of this apartment: a fair sized balcony with a table and chairs. The sofa is cosy and perfect to relax and watch the satellite TV or a DVD.
