How Do I get the keys to my apartment? Our apartment manager will arrange with you a time to meet and hand you the keys of your apartment.

How far is the apartment from the Airport? The apartment is about half an hour from the airport in normal traffic.

How to get to the apartment? If you arrive at Barcelona Airport, the easiest is to take the "AeroBus", departing just in front of the airport terminals, it takes about 45 minutes to get to Barcelona, Plaça de Catalunya, where the Ramblas start.

You can also take the taxi directly from the airport, the cost of which will be about 30 €. The bus is significantly less expensive but takes longer. You may also take the train, which will stop in the Passeig de Gracia Station, (a 20 minute walk from the apartment).

What is in the area? Our apartments are located right off the Ramblas, in the very center of Barcelona. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, metro and bus connections less than a 3 minutes walk from the apartments.

What is included in the cost of the apartment? The apartments include both, private kitchen, and private bath(s). They also include towels and bed linens (one set of each per person). All apartments have air conditioning and heating. Kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are also included. Other appliances that you'll find in your apartment: iron and iron board, hair dryer, bread toaster, coffe maker, tea kettle, microwave, TV. The apartment's equipment may differ from one to another, you can see the specific details of each apartment by clicking on "Our Apartments". For example, some apartments have a washer & dryer machine and some others don't. Make sure that you look at the apartment details to choose the best apartment for you.

When and where does payment take place? To make a booking you need to pay a downpayment of 20% of the total charge. The exact amount will be informed to you in our response email. Once paid, this downpayment is non-refundable. The remainder must be paid upon arrival to the apartment or you may also arrange to pay this prior to your arrival if you prefer.

Are there any extra costs? NONE!!!The price quoted during the reservation process is total, the applicable taxes are already included. There are no extra cleaning or reservation fees at all.

Is it possible to place a baby cot for my baby in the apartment? YES, at no cost at all. Just request this to our apartment manager, once you have received our confirmation sheet.

Is there a washer machine in the apartment? Some apartments have a washer and dryer machine and some don't. Look at the Apartment details that appears in the list of apartments available next to the picture of the apartment to make sure that you choose the best apartment for you.

Is there an elevator in the apartment? YES. There is a lift in the building.

Is there A/C and heating in the apartment? YES, all the apartments include A/C and heating.

Is there a hair dryer, iron and iron board in the apartment? YES, all the apartments include hair dryer and iron.

What happens with my personal information? Your personal information such as Name, e-mail address, country of residence, etc. is safe with us. Go to Privacy policy for more details.

How do I cancel my reservation? You will have to call us to cancel your reservation, but please, read our terms & conditions section for more information about cancellations.
