TERMS & CONDITIONS

The properties in this website are managed by BCNinternet.Com, part of Vision33 Internet & Tourism Services, S.L. A spanish company registered with CIF B63090070.

Vision33 is also registered as a Tourist Apartments Promoter in the Catalan Government Tourism Authority (Generalitat de Catalunya, Direcció de Turisme). Vision33 is also an active member of the Barcelona Tourist Apartments Association - Apartur.

1 Booking procedure

Send us your booking request indicating your arrival and departure dates, the number of adults / children, contact phone, email and any additional requirements. Second Step: We will contact you in a few hours to confirm availability and prices and the procedure to pay a 20% of the total accommodation price as prepayment. Third step: Make your credit card payment. Fourth step: We will send you a confirmation containing the exact address, and details of our apartment manager, whom you will get the keys from and your contact for any matter regarding your stay in Barcelona.

2 Minimum stay

A minimum 2 days stay is required to reserve our Holiday Flats.

3 What is included in the price?

The total price includes all the applicable taxes. No extra costs exist besides the total price listed at the moment that you proceed with your reservation. All of our apartments have are fully equipped as indicated in each property's amenities, please see the apartment description section to find out exactly what you’ll find in your apartment. When you book an apartment with us we provide you with 1 set of linens (towels & sheets) per person, also included in the price. The apartment will be cleaned shortly before the arrival of each new guest. Neither cleaning nor laundry service during your stay is included in the rental cost.

4 Payment Conditions

To make a booking you need to pay a downpayment of 20% of the total charge. The exact amount will be informed to you in our response email. Once paid, this downpayment is non-refundable. The remainder must be paid upon arrival to the apartment or you may also arrange to pay this prior to your arrival if you prefer.

5 Security Deposit

On arrival you will also be asked for 150 euros or a credit card as a deposit against damage made during your stay. This normally should be in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!.

6 Cancellations Policy

When booking the apartment you pay a downpayment of 20%, this downpayment is not refundable upon cancellation. On arrival at the apartment you pay the remaining 80% which, once paid, is also non-refundable should you decide to cancel your stay. As mentioned before, you may also arrange to pay this prior to your arrival if you prefer.

7 Check-In & Check-Out

Arrivals should normally be between 4pm and 10pm, and departures should be before 11am. Normally provisions can be made with the apartment manager to look after luggage during the hours between, but the apartment should be vacated to allow for cleaning.

All agreements in relation to this should be discussed directly with the apartment manager.

IMPORTANT: For late arrivals you will have to pay a surcharge to the person receiving you, of 30 euros after 10 PM and 50 euros after 1 AM.
